Perched on the hill above Sunnyside, this cherished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is ready for the next family to enjoy set on .25 acre lot bordering conservancy land for added privacy.  Three levels, each with its own bedroom and full bathroom, mean no ones climbing stairs at midnight or waiting in line for a shower, making this layout a favorite with large families and rental groups. This house features a newer roof and a spacious deck perched among an Aspen grove, meaning the big ticket items are already taken care of.  An enclosed, interior storage/utility room accomodates off season gear, or workshop space with an outside entrance for ease of moving larger items inside in winter. A cozy real wood burning fireplace in the living room and a wraparound deck outside facing the lake mean you can enjoy the warmth of all the seasons. The best amenity is membership in the Tahoe Park Beach- 3 private acres of Lake Tahoe frontage with picnic tables, changing rooms, sports courts, a playground, 2 piers and seasonal boat moorings all just steps from restaurants and a market.  Its the kind of amenity that will bring 5 star reviews from your family and guests alike!  And as a bonus, the home is located in rental friendly Placer County-great for buyers who want to offset costs with income down the road. Just 2 miles from Tahoe City, with skiing, dining, shopping, and rafting nearby plus trails a few blocks away from spring wildflowers, color in fall, and miles of exploring year round.  Space, privacy, low maintenace upgrades, proven rental history and private lake access - a rare combination at this price point.
