Tahoe Donner is one of the largest HOAs in the country, with nearly 6,500 properties ranging from studio condominiums to large custom mountain homes. Homeowners have access to a long list of amenities including a small ski area, cross-country skiing and mountain biking center, 18-hole championship golf course, lodge and restaurants, swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center with year-round outdoor lap pool, and a private beach and boat ramp at Donner Lake. There is also a paved bike path from Tahoe Donner to downtown Truckee.
