Schaffer’s Mill is a four-season resort community located between Truckee and Northstar. The club offers an 18-hole golf course designed by Johnny Miller and John Harbottle, the Sawyer restaurant, a fitness center and spa, and a swimming pool. Homeowners in Schaffer’s Mill also have a private lodge, Basecamp, in the Northstar California Village, plus complimentary shuttle service to and from the resort throughout the winter season.
