Olympic Valley

Palisades Tahoe, in Olympic Valley, and its sister resort Alpine Meadows are now connected via the Base to Base Gondola, which opened in December 2022, creating one of the largest ski resorts in the country. Olympic Valley features several distinctive neighborhoods, numerous condominium complexes, and the Village at Palisades Tahoe, filled with numerous shops and restaurants. Also in Olympic Valley is the Everline Resort & Spa, featuring ski-in, ski-out condominiums, an 18-hole golf course, a swimming pool, an ice-skating rink, shops, and restaurants.

Nearby Alpine Meadows has a more laid-back vibe, and its many neighborhoods have homes ranging from classic ski cabins to mountain-modern estates. There are a handful of condominiums as well.
