Kings Beach is a local favorite for full-timers and vacationers alike who want to be close to Lake Tahoe. Kings Beach is located on the North shore of Lake Tahoe near the California-Nevada border. Centered around one of the largest sandy beaches on the lake, this vibrant, walkable community is filled with shops, restaurants, events, and activities. The North Short spans from Kings Beach to Tahoe City and the small towns and neighborhoods in between including Tahoe Vista, Carnelian Bay, Cedar Flat, Agate Bay, and Dollar Point.
